JULY 29TH WORKOUT
Do each exercise in order from 1 to 3 . Upon completion of the third exercise , one full set of the circuit is complete . Do anywhere from 4-6 complete sets of the circuit. You may rest between each exercise or each time you complete a full set , it is up to you. Use light to moderate weight for all three exercises in order to result in over exertion and fatigue during the reps . Key to remember, don’t count the reps make the reps count

JULY 21st Back Attack
When working out with the bench it may be difficult to adjust your self when seated. The human body is not used to being in that position going against gravity. Try your best to take each rep slowly and pace yourself when your chest is down on the bench. Please remember this is a short range of motion for the flies to focus on the rhomboids. Don't bend arms too much, or move them backward too much or it will result in you working the lats instead.
