When working out with the bench it may be difficult to adjust your self when seated. The human body is not used to being in that position going against gravity. Try your best to take each rep slowly and pace yourself when your chest is down on the bench. Please remember this is a short range of motion for the flies to focus on the rhomboids. Don't bend arms too much, or move them backward too much or it will result in you working the lats instead.
