Al24fit is a LLC designed to help an individual reach the fitness goals they have never achieved before mentally, physically, and emotionally. The website also expresses our love for fitness through dope gear. Al the creator, was a young entrepreneur with the intentions to help as many people as possible during his adolescence years. He started of a health coach for a nutrition company guiding and coaching people to take supplements. He then realized he wanted to make a bigger impact. He took an opportunity with CUNY HOSTOS as the strength coach/manager for the men's basketball team who won the CUNYAC Championship and made it to the regional semifinals in the 2013-14 season. Later through his journey Al became a day rehabilitation specialist for people with special needs helping them focus on improving motor skills, functional movement, and recreational sports with the non-profit organization Community Actions for Human Services. As a Certified personal trainer Al went on to help open the first Bronx location Xsport Fitness, a gym with over 10,000 members in its first year. As of today, Al has now added gerontology to his field of study to help negate the effects of chronic disease amongst seniors and help minimize the mortality rate.
