NOV 30TH WORKOUT
I finally made it to the gym after thanksgiving, unfortunately I wasn't able to make it at the time I preferred. My friend and I arrived with 30 minutes left before the gym closed, enough time to do our warm up..
9 sets 25 pushups
9 sets 25 sit ups.
so its safe to say I will be back in the gym tomorrow finishing up where I left off. Here is the video below showing the warm up.
