Endurance and Stability workout

( for my own personal goals to strengthen my core and cut fat at the same time )

2 -3 dips

4 seconds of knee raises on dip bar

5 pull ups w knee raise

5 seconds hold on dip bar

10 mountain climbers

10 push-ups

repeat for 10 sets

with 15-30 sec break between each set
