Back day in the gym, you can try this routine with the cables, I find it very effective especially with the isometric hold anywhere from 3-5 seconds per rep. Rest 10-30 sec between each exercise. Stay hydrated, control your breathing and pull all the way on these workouts to get best results and muscle contraction. Sadfully I was unable to get the footage of the single arm row. Use moderate to heavy weight.
