NOV 11TH WORK OUT pt 2
no footage from this workout, but I did walk in the gym and kill that ish ! I woke up at 9am and went to the gym after a few hours of sleep. The gym was packed at that time because everyone was off from work but personally I always find a machine to use and work my way around it by adding free weights and different variations. Yesterday I wanted to continue my cable work out, but the only available machine I saw close by that I could use efficiently without causing any problems to my injuries was the tricep press machine. I did 10 sets of 30 reps each with 100 lbs. I tried to push my self so I did two sets at a time, in between every two sets I used 10 lbs rubber dumbbells to do lateral raises while sitting down. For the lateral raises, a total of 20 sets of 15 reps each. I tested myself with this as well two to three sets before each break to alternate to the tricep press machine. I really wanted to put in some work because
1) I had the day off
2)I was really excited to get the work out in before eating all the free food
