MARCH 21st HOME WRKOUT

due to COVID-19 the gym was closed, so I filmed an workout at home. Hope this inspires you to stay active during this tragic time for the world. Enjoy the work out, be safe, and take proper precaution!



Each exercise is completed after 1 individual set with number 1through 4. Upon completion of exercise number four, a full set of the circuit is done. Take a 1-3 minute break between each full set of the circuit. Do as many full sets of the circuit at your own discretion but do no less then 3.Use light to moderate weight for these exercises in the circuit


1)pushups 6 sets 20 reps

2) reverse curls w/ EZ curl bar 6 sets 15 reps

3) bicep curls w/ EZ curl bar 6 sets 15 reps

4) bent over row w/ EZ curl bar 6 sets 15 reps

5)sit ups 20 reps 6 sets 20 reps
