Each exercise is completed after 1 individual set with number 1through 4. Upon completion of exercise number four, a full set of the circuit is done. Take a 1-3 minute break between each full set of the circuit. Do as many full sets of the circuit at your own discretion but do no less then 3.Use light to moderate weight for these exercises in circuit 1. 1)pushups 15 sets 15 reps
2)bicep curls 15 sets 10 reps , 25lbs each hand
3)hammer curls 15 sets 10 reps, 25lbs each hand
4) dips 15 sets 15 reps
