circuit 1

smith machine flat bench 3 sets 50 reps 45lbs each side

DB wide grip front raise 3 sets 15 reps 15lbs each hand

DB under hand front raise 3 sets 15 lbs each hand

DB over hand front raise 3 sets 15 reps 15lbs each hand


circuit 2

smith machine flat bench 3 sets 50 reps 47 lbs each side

DB wide grip front raise 3 sets 15 reps 12lbs each hand

DB under hand front raise 3 sets 15 reps 12lbs each hand

DB over hand front raise 3 sets15 reps 12lbs each hand


You can bet your ass after this I was extremely tired, trying my new max weight of 15 lbs for the raises. I have been using 12.5 for the past 2 months due to torn bicep and torn rotator cuff injury but my shoulder is coming along great with full range of motion. I was not able to make It back to the gym for the second time, wasn't expecting this workout to take everything out of my body.happy March & let the gains begin
