JAN 3RD WORKOUT
haha went in the gym with 35 minutes left.. something I actually am used to doing sucks but the good thing about it is always testing myself during the time given before the gym closes. That accomplishment makes me feel really good to set a unrealistic goal and complete it in a certain time.
seated shoulder press machine 8sets 50 reps (55lbs)
front raises 8 sets 15 reps (12lbs)
as im writing this now sitting up right, my traps are on fire lmao.
heres a video of my 7th set or second to last set with 8 minutes remaining for the gym to close.. couldn't film my last set because I didn't feel comfortable on camera and I literally had to scream to finish my last set in time.
