JAN 2ND WORKOUT HAPPY NEW YEAR!

circuit

Hammer strength Mts row machine 7 sets 50 reps 50lbs

isolated bicep curls 4 sets 25 reps 20lbs

hammer curls 4 sets 25 reps 30lbs


wanted to aim for 8 sets of rows but I hit muscle failure after the 7th set so I just did my 8th set of curls and called it a day. the last 4 set of the rows were isolated because I didn't have enough strength to pull with both arms at once.
