the same thing happened again with thoughts racing through my head, except I received a few hours of sleep. Motivated by his death I woke up early and headed to the gym again to shoot around. by 930 am I found myself in a kick boxing class, and then a step ladder class to follow. I was able to take my mind off the stress and release some anger through the classes.excuse the coordination this was the middle of class I had forgot the combo because I looked away for a minute to set up the camera and start recording.. you would be surprised how much things you miss in a New York minute. the second video below is from the step class that really sealed the deal for me and drained out all energy for the day. I was so proud of myself for not throwing my shoulder out for this day, on the 27th my shoulder did cause problems due to the arthritis in my shoulder right on the humerus, and the cervical strain and arthritis on my clavicle , and cervical bones at my neck. but lets not get into that im not here to complain just to inspire.
