was extremely sore after doing 2 classes Thursday then cycling class on Friday. I decided to also go out Friday night with my friends so I took the weekend off. Upon hearing about Kobe Bryan's death jan 26th , I could barely sleep that Sunday night I stayed up and watched the sun rise, watching Kobe footage and contemplating. There was only one thing left for me to do when 530 am hit and sleep still wasn't an option for me... I laced up and went to the gym and shot around from 530-1030am after being up for 24 hours. It was the only thing that made sense to show loyalty to my favorite player since I was 5 years old. Guess you can say I worked on legs that day because from so many jump shots my legs were completely drained and of course still sore from Fridays cycling class.
