JAN 22ND WORKOUT

My arm has caused me to take a day off due to pain and soreness of the right arm. I try to stay confident and head to the gym to work on other body parts despite the pain. Cardio was still my goal so I did a quick circuit. The fitness life comes with a lot to handle mentally and physically. Injuries are something that can't be avoided with this tedious hobby, you just have to know when to take time to yourself as far as recovering. Mentally my confidence and ego was depressed due to the injury I knew I would have to take days off which I wasn't prepared to do.

jump rope 5 sets 1.5 minutes
