JAN 20TH WORKOUT
Cardio basketball pick up game for about 2 hours, then my shoulder came out the socket and was in extreme pain. I had plans on doing cardio for rehab but after my shoulder was in pain I had no option but to leave was I sat on the side and caught my breathe. I have arthritis on my right shoulder, and arthritis on the right side of my neck. I have acromioclavicular joint arthritis, and right shoulder rotator cuff tendinopathy which is the medical condition that causes the tendons and muscles supporting the shoulder joint to swell up.
