JAN 17TH WRKOUT

Feeling more motivated than ever despite the temporary pain, my environment is really getting to me mentally. I am in the right place where I need to be mentally with family and friends supporting me. I am on vacation away from work and able to focus on eating healthier, and being confident.


1 mile elliptical level 15(warm up) took me 20 minutes since legs are still sore


circuit 1

jump rope 1 minute 3 sets

plank 1 minute 3 sets



circuit 2

seated bar pull up 3 sets 30 seconds each

wall squat while passing ball 3 sets 1 minute each


*last but not least freestyle with a trusted client to just test out other machines we haven't done before in the past.
