JAN 16TH WRK OUT

Took a whole day off to recover, im very proud of my self after completing two classes back to back, the pain I felt dreadful and there are no words to explain it lol, being sore in areas you haven't been sore in for a long time sucks.


I decided to go for a light work out after a full day off, here is my workout below


circuit

lat pull down 80lbs 5 sets 25 reps

hammer curl into seated shoulder press 25 lbs 5 sets 20 reps


lat pull down 90lbs 7 sets 25 reps

shoulder press 35lbs 7 sets 20 reps


super set pushups 65 reps
