JAN 12TH WRK OUT HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!

On this special day of mine around midnight to 2 am I worked out at the gym xsport fitness in the Bronx New York . For this work out i wanted to engage my legs but I thought full body workout would be best and i needed to start from my core all the way down in the process of getting my lower body strong again. This was my work out below :



l.7 miles on elliptical in 20 min level 15 resistance

5 sets of 1 minute on the Jacob ladder 30 second rest between intervals

circuit

5 sets 1 min pull down rope into squat (vmx rope trainer )

5 sets 2o reps each side renegade row 20 lbs


super set 2 sets 50 reps each pushups
