1)Dual pulley lat pull down 5 sets 20 reps 50 lbs
2)Seated front raises 5 sets 20 reps 10 lbs each hand
3) Standing dual pulley lat pull down 5 sets 12.5 lbs 30 reps
2 minute rest interval before starting next circuit circuit in order from number 4-6
4)Dual pulley lat pull down under hand 5 sets 20 reps 42.5 lbs
5)Standing dual pulley row 5 sets 20 reps 20 lbs
6)Seated under arm front raises 5 sets 20 reps 10 lbs each .
