DEC 7TH HOME WORKOUT

I was unable to catch the gym yesterday because of my personal life, but its the weekend and you know what that means for me ? time to get that work in ! I did my warm up at home around 10pm


8 sets reps sit ups

8 sets 25 reps pushups.

very high chance I won't ever do that again in my home environment without a mat because sweating all over the house sucks .
