DEC 26TH WORKOUT

mts chest press 10 sets 25 reps 40lbs/50lbs

hammer curls 12 sets 15 reps 30lbs each hand

isolated concentrated curls 12 sets 10 reps 30lbs each hand


smith machine flat bench 7 sets 50 reps 45lbs on each side

incline from level 1-5 on the bench

last 2 sets stayed on the 5th level and did a super set


ps I told you once I got started I was on a roll, this was after a long night of turn up with the fam lol.
