8sets 25 reps 10 lbs front raises

1 superset 80 reps isolated 50lbs


finally the video everyone has been waiting for ! its been over a week with no video recording, sad fully I remembered to try and record during at the beginning of my 6th set when I was almost finish but you still get to see the pain and sweat in the work out.
