This was my first personal morning workout in a long time.. I have kids I drop off in the morning so my schedule hasn't been the same for mornings between leaving from PT and taking them to their school. I started the year with morning workouts and I will make it a habit to finish the year with a few more morning workouts.
Row machine 10 sets 25 reps 85lbs 5 sets/ 95lbs 5 sets total 10 sets
hammer curls 10 sets 20 reps 25lbs in each hand. The curls were done alternative between each set of rows.
