I was still feeling a little strong during my day and eager to try and get through personal problems so I was motivated to get to the gym again. Keep in mind still sore from workout 2 days ago lol and the soreness didn't kick in yet from the morning time so I just went to get a quick pump in, I was attempting to do a cable workout but the gym is usually packed, my alternative was the smith machine.
smith machine flat bench 4 sets 50 reps 45lb plate on each side. After every set I inclined the bench one level up, to try and targer all of my pectorial.
