AUG 24TH HOME WORKOUT
I wanted to make my workout more intense so I added some more movement by combining exercises to activate more muscles. This workout was very intense and you should give it a try! There was no break during my workout besides the 30-60 sec to breathe between each set or when I reached failure.I put my own twist on the Arnold press exercise and combined it with a normal shoulder press and doubled the work out
