APR 3RD WORKOUT

Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying their own company. With that being said here is my home work out below. My goal for this day was to expand and try different exercises to test my body strength and allow it to adapt to different things.


Do one set of each exercises (1-7in order). Upon completion of exercise number four, a full set of the circuit is complete. Take a 1-3 minute break between each set of the circuit(optional). Do as many completed sets of the circuit as you would like (your discretion). I suggest you do no less than 4. BELOW IS A VIDEO OF A FEW OF MY BEGINNING SETS


Circuit 1

cross body mountain climbers 6 sets 12 reps

Spiderman mountain climbers 6 sets 12 reps

jumping sumo mountain climbers 6 sets10 reps

kick crunches 6 sets 15 reps

scissor/flutter kicks 6 sets 12-15reps

heal touches 6 sets 12-15 reps

knee crunches 6 sets 12-15 reps
