I have been using around the world exercise as my warm up most days of the week in order to gain better control of my body. For other personal reasons its a great warm up for me, being that I prefer It over weight training. In my previous blog I explained how to do pull ups and in this blog I will explain dips. Dips are a great way to build more size for your arms, better control over your body and can be used as a great exercise for your chest.
